The trolley needs no reservations or tickets — just hop on and off at each location. Dog Park. This could be good or bad...  the tent area also does not provide a fire ring or picnic table, which we were unaware of and not used to. Just got back from a week in one of the bungalows and couldn't be happier with our experience! Even during office hours, this place should be unlocked- It wasn't. I was super excited that I had heard there was wifi here-- there was, it didn't work consistently. It is located just across from Assateague National Seashore and near fresh seafood and a Family Dollar. PLEASE NOTE: Maui Jack’s water park is part of the complex - awesome water fun! KOA Resorts offer a carefree vacation in the great outdoors. Take your pup to the dog park, rent a kayak, let the kiddos bounce on the jump pillow, or rent a couple bikes for an island adventure. We walked back, no one was there. The location is great! They have a few hotels on the island, there is plenty of food options, a putt putt golf place with go carts and more.There were places to rent golf carts, bicycles & scooters plus there are a few souvenir stores. Got all hooked up with no issues. It is $15 per day per person.

Huge eyesore to the natural landscape. Even the bathrooms were top notch! (The fare is normally $0.50 or 2 tokens and it is requested that you provide exact change.) And maybe even other things depending on the type of people you have next to you! Trash was picked up at campsites several times a day--almost as soon as it appeared it disappeared. Great store with everything a camper would need, I don't have kids but very kid friendly with things to keep them entertained. Get Google Directions Check-in process was easy, front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Overall I would say that Chincoteague Island,Virginia is a very quiet little island town that has a lot to offer. Not a bad thing at all though).
